How To Make Crispy Mooli Paratha:

Start with cleansing, peeling and grating radish. Then add some salt, combine and hold lined for a while.

Meanwhile, knead a smooth dough with atta, salt and a few water. Add some oil to the dough and knead once more. Let the dough relaxation for a while.

Remove the lid of the mooli and squeeze the surplus water. To it, add grated ginger, chilli paste, jeera, ajwain, turmeric powder, crimson chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder, coriander leaves, mooli leaves and blend every thing properly.

Now, lower small parts of the dough, add mooli stuffing and tuck within the dough from all the edges. Make an ideal spherical with arms. Coat the dough with flour and roll to medium thickness.

Then, warmth a tawa, place the paratha and roast properly. In a while, flip the paratha and apply ghee. Cook till it turns golden and crispy. And you may have scrumptious mooli paratha able to be relished.
